A student added by hand is enrolled straight away. A student who comes through an admission window becomes enrolled when their fee is settled.
Guardians are added alongside the student, with their own phone numbers, and those numbers are what a parent signs in with.

- Siblings may share a phone number. The first child keeps the phone as their username and the rest fall back to their admission number.
